What will you do?
As the Head of Technology Control Assurance, you will lead a dynamic team focused on driving innovation and scaling assurance activities across Technology. You will leverage advanced approaches such as AI and data analytics, collaborate with other functions, and develop creative and effective assurance solutions. This role challenges conventional assurance methods, requiring strategic thinking and delivery of an efficient, impactful Technology Assurance plan.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to influence decisions, address control issues, and drive remediation efforts. Partnering with subject matter experts across the organization, you will scale assurance activities and embed control improvements within the broader technology landscape. As a leader, you will inspire and guide your team to achieve high-quality outcomes, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What do you bring?
Deep expertise in technology risk, control frameworks, and assurance methodologies.
Proven experience leading assurance, audit, or risk management teams within a Technology environment.
Success in innovating assurance approaches, leveraging tools like AI and data analytics.
