THE ROLE Work together with the team to drive results and exceptional customer experience Be confident working with KPIS and individual targets Bring a high level of energy to the shop floor Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's Driving sales and customer experience Coaching and mentoring team members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service Execution of visual merchandising directive Effective stock management THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Have a passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations Can identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team Ability to uphold brand standards and stand by our company culture and values Rockwear is part of the Australian powerhouse Retail Apparel Group including brands yd.
