Key Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying robust solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Your primary focus will be on developing scalable and resilient applications using cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud or AWS. You will work closely with your team to define technical requirements and architect high-performance systems.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from design and build to deployment and monitoring in production.
Requirements
Significant hands-on experience in backend software engineering, with a strong focus on building scalable and resilient applications.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms, ideally with Google Cloud (GCP) or AWS.
Proven knowledge of software architecture and best practices for building cloud-native applications.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and an understanding of how to automate and improve deployment processes.
A solid understanding of monitoring, observability, and the tools used to ensure application health and performance.
A strong passion for engineering and a curiosity that drives you to continuously learn and improve your craft.
A customer-first mindset where you care deeply about the user experience, not just the technical solution.
A self-starter who thrives on autonomy, is confident in their ability to solve complex problems, and takes pride in their work.
