**The Company**

Our client is a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets within excess of 1,500 employees across Australia. They are looking for a customer service representative to join their team.

**The Role**
You will be working in a team supporting the aftersales teams, providing optimal customer service in a proactive and informative manner in support of business objectives. As a **Customer Service Representative** your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Handling inbound customer enquiries
- Ringing customers to remind them they have a service booked in
- Responsible for ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service to all customers (internal and external)
- Full time permanent role
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday rotating roster 7:30am - 6:30pm
- **Location**: Rydalmere 2116
- **Salary**: $60,420 + Superannuation

**You**
As a successful Customer Service Representative, you will offer:

- **2 + years experience within a call center/contact center is preferred**:
