**About the role**:
**Eagers Automotive **currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at **EasyAuto123 in Joondalup.**

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

**In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to**:

- Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with customers and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer's needs
- Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step

**About you**:
If you are a professional Sales Consultant who is confident with their customer service skills and is looking for a new challenge - we are looking for you

Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded; however, individuals that are passionate salespeople or those that have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply

**You will ideally possess**:

- Used car sales experience (desirable but not essential)
- Must be self-motivated and goal driven
- Ability to meet KPI's and targets as well as perform well in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
