**The Opportunity**
A brilliant opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with the People & Performance team and the broader Asia Pacific business to provide end to end recruitment support to all areas of the business.

**Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract role.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Proactively source talent across platforms including Seek & LinkedIn to build talent pools for critical roles
- Build strong credible relationships within the People Team, hiring managers and wider business to understand their needs and advise on recruitment.
- Support the development and implementation of a broad range of HR and recruitment projects such as graduate recruitment program and international recruitment.
- Manage all administration through job adder and the dashboard for reporting & compliance purposes

**About you**
- 2+ years agency, resourcer or inhouse recruitment experience
- Previous experience in talent attraction and building talent pools to facilitate rapid and effective recruitment
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
