As Store Manager atChampion Moorabbin, you'll lead a passionate team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Driving store performance by hitting sales, service, and operational KPIs
Training, coaching, and developing team members to reach their full potential
Managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation to brand standards
Overseeing daily operations including rosters, cash handling, and compliance
Creating a positive, energetic, and inclusive team culture
Representing the Champion brand with pride and authenticity every day
ABOUT YOU
You're a natural leader with proven experience in retail management
You're passionate about customer service and creating unforgettable experiences
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love hitting (and beating) targets
You have strong communication and people skills — you know how to motivate a team
You're organised, hands-on, and confident managing store operations
You live and breathe streetwear, activewear, or the Champion brand lifestyle
