As Our New Store Manager : You will coach, develop and guide dedicated team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team and apply your passion for interior design to help customers create their dream home.
Key responsibilities :
Inspire, coach and develop the team to support career goals and maintain a strong succession plan
Lead the team and uphold standards for delighting and consulting customers on styling solutions
Deliver strong workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time
Ensure store performance against KPIs and goals
Report on KPIs and proactively identify solutions to increase engagement, customer satisfaction and results
Lead and deliver strong stock management and reporting
