About the Company: 

Our client is a leading destination retailer with a footprint of 50+ sites across Australia. They are dedicated to providing essentials to remote Indigenous communities by delivering quality retail services. They operate stores in some of the most remote parts of Australia, ensuring access to essential goods and services while respecting and promoting local culture and traditions. 

They are searching for Managers or Management couples to take on an exciting challenge in regional locations across either Western Australia and Northern Territory. The Role & Responsibilities:

As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering long lasting relationships both internally and externally to drive profitable outcomes for the local community. You will ensure effective store operations and high-level customer service through the implementation and management of day to day retail operations, stock management and team management. 

What You Will Bring:
  • Retail and/or hospitality leadership experience.
  • Proven coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Financial management experience.
  • Experience working with diverse cultures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Hands-on approach and supportive attitude.
