With strong foundations and a clear growth strategy, we are seeking a proven leader to oversee our Regency Park operation in SA.

**The Role**

As the State Manager, you will be the face of our South Australian operations based in Regency Park. You'll be responsible for leading the team, managing day to day performance, and ensuring we consistently deliver to our customers. We are seeking a proven leader with a passion for people, performance, and operational excellence This role is hands on, fast paced, and critical to our success in the region. If you thrive in fast paced transport environments and have a drive to mentor teams and deliver results this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

You'll oversee the end to end operations of our SA branch, ensuring our service promise to customers is met through safe, compliant, and efficient logistics practices. Core duties include:

- Driving productivity while maintaining high safety and compliance standards
- Managing fatigue and National Heavy Vehicle Regulator, regulations effectively
- Overseeing trailer dispatch and inbound/ outbound freight consolidation
- Coaching and developing your team to achieve operational excellence
- Manage operational productivity and cost control
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers alike

**What You'll Bring**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a senior transport or logistics leadership role
- Deep understanding of NHVR legislation and compliance
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop operational teams
- Strong business acumen and critical decision making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Familiarity with Industrial Relations and Employee Relations processes (advantageous)
- High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
- Calm, solutions focused mindset under pressure
- A strong customer focus and ability to build lasting relationship
