**Working Arrangements**:

Onsite** - Full-time, 5 days per week in the Canberra office.

On-Call Support**: Participation in a 24x7 support roster, including out-of-hours availability with a 30-minute response time for incidents.

Contract Duration**: Until 30 June 2026, with up to **2** possible **12-month** extensions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex data products to support security operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data analytics requirements and reporting solutions.
- Implement and maintain data management standards, processes, and templates.
- Produce technical and procedural documentation, including system support and configuration guides.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports to internal and external stakeholders.- Plan and implement product upgrades, ensuring alignment with data management best practices.
- Participate in 24x7 support, responding to incidents within defined timeframes.
- Transfer skills and knowledge to internal teams, supporting capability uplift.

**Mandatory Skills & Experience**:

- Expert knowledge in producing data outputs, products, or services.
- Strong data modeling and design skills, including the ability to handle complex data structures.
- Proven experience in data management, including data integrity, transformation, and metadata management.
- Ability to guide others in data modeling and management practices.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with **spatial data types** and **.Net spatial methods**.
- Demonstrated experience supporting **mission-critical 24x7 systems**.
