We are seeking a skilled and proactive Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills to clearly explain issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They should be familiar with current Australian Government information assurance requirements, including the Information Security Manual (ISM), NIST CSF2.0, and Essential 8 ML2. Experience in incident response coordination, investigation, remediation, and staying current with the Microsoft roadmap is essential.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Providing Level 2 / 3 support for Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
Monitoring and maintaining automated workflows, ensuring reliability and performance.
Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and enhance existing solutions.
Performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes for recurring issues.
Documenting support procedures, configurations, and known issues.
Working closely with developers, analysts, and Microsoft support to resolve complex issues.
Staying up to date with Microsoft updates, new features, and best practices.
Additional technologies relevant to this role include:
Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integration
The role requires effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Your passion for supporting clients and improving their solutions is essential.
About You
You are an experienced support engineer with a track record in Power Platform engineering and client focus. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with stakeholders and contribute effectively to our Managed Services organization. Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a desire to continually improve client environments through evergreen practices and platform evolution, are key.
You must be an Australian Citizen, preferably with existing security clearance.

Support enterprise-scale solutions in public, hybrid, and secure cloud environments.
Work closely with customers to provide high-touch managed services and ensure excellent customer experience.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for critical applications and workflows, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
