Role: Power Platform Developer
Location: Melbourne VIC (Hybrid or Remote)
About the Position
Our organization is seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to review, optimize, and build impactful Power BI reports and Power Apps that deliver seamless user experiences.
- Analyze existing Power BI reports: understand objectives, data models, and optimize for speed and clarity
- Rebuild, debug, modify, and develop new reports tailored to business needs
- Review and enhance Power Apps functionality and performance
- Test thoroughly to validate all improvements for quality and usability
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Apps development
- 5 to 8 years of experience in similar roles
- Experience working with Govt or small/mid size organisations
- Working experience within agile environment
- Detail-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement
- Adaptable and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to navigate across environments and move projects seamlessly through different stages
