We are looking for team members to join us for the duration of Vivid Sydney Festival 2025 between 23rd of May to 14th of June.

**The days and hours are set** to 4:45pm - 10:15pm daily. Please advise your availability when applying.

**In this role, you will**:

- greet customers with warm welcome
- champion our menu
- work closely with and support the rest of the team
- work outdoors in a pop-up setting, braving the heat and having a great time

We are an **award-winning pop-up restaurant** pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved out 9m2 mobile kitchen. Our specialty is cooking with fire.

**Payrates**: will be as per Restaurant Industry Award

**Contract length**: 23 days

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term

Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
