With strong business growth, we are seeking a Fire Technician to support our operations, with a view to advance into a managers role

This is not just a technical role, we need an all-rounder who can grow the business, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain clear, professional email communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous fire industry experience is essential
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly via email
  • Programming capability
  • Autocad experience
  • Fault-finding expertise essential
  • VESDA knowledge advantageous
  • White Card required

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Fire Detection Systems
  • Perform Fan Integrity Testing
  • Carry out suppression system testing (training provided)
  • Carry out kitchen system testing + servicing (training provided)
  • Communicate effectively with clients through professional, clear, and timely emails
  • Represent the business with excellent customer service, building trust and long-term relationships
  • Support opportunities to grow the business through quality work and proactive communication
