Do you have a passion for fitness? Are you highly motivated and committed to delivering quality customer service? Programmed are currently looking for a Gym Instructor to join the team and work with a large recreational client, that hosts various activities for schools and groups. If you enjoy a fast paced work environment, facilitating fitness programs with different groups of people and offering a high level of customer experience whilst ensuring safety is a priority - this role is for you We offer development, work life balance and the opportunity to make a difference in the community.

The current roster requires you to cover a variety of shifts throughout the week. Monday to Sunday availability, including early morning shifts as well as afternoon / night shifts.

**Duties and responsibilities will include but will not be not limited to**:

- Supervising gym clients
- Inductions for new client's
- Leading group fitness classes
- Health/Fitness assessments
- Personal Training
- Client services duties
- Additional tasks as identified by supervising officers to meet the needs of the Venue.

**What we are looking for**:

- **Positive Paid Blue Card (not volunteer) **_or_** willingness to obtain prior to starting**:

- **Current First Aid and CPR Certificate**:

- **Certificate IV in Fitness **_or_** Exercise Science Degree (Highly regarded)**:

- **Current Fitness Australia registration (AUSRec)**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of customer service-related delivery outcomes
- Availability for all operational hours
- Safety conscious attitude
