**NOTE**: This role is available for Australian citizens and residents only.

What You'll Do
- Load projects/contracts into the ERP and PSA toolset.
- Load variations, sales orders, purchase orders, resource plans, and other artefacts into the ERP and PSA toolset.
- Maintain financial records and provide regular reports on project spending and budget status.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure that financial processes and policies are understood and adhered to.
- Monitor project spending/WIP and ensure that invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide training and support to project teams on systems, tools, processes, and reporting.
- Exhibit strong technical writing skills and create user guides, training materials, and documentation.
- Provide support for audits and financial reviews, including preparation of documentation and review of findings.
- Monitor system hygiene and follow up stakeholders for compliance.

What You'll Bring
You will be an exceptionally professional person who has incredible communication skills - both written and verbal. You have demonstrated Project Administration or Project Contractual/Commercial Administration and Project Financial Analysis experience, or experience in Project Delivery Coordination. You have a detailed understanding of the end-to-end Sales to Project Delivery Lifecycle. You can demonstrate a strong ability to work effectively in a very fast paced and continually changing environment and respond quickly and easily to changing demands, deadlines, and priorities. We are looking for:

- Someone who is passionate, with great interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
- IT Outsourcing Industry experience.
- Industry standard certification and/or bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, Project Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project financial administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Project Methodologies.
- Experience with Enterprise level ERP's.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and budgeting practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
