**Now Hiring: Admin/Receptionist for Taxation Firm**

Join our dynamic team as an Admin/Receptionist and be at the forefront of our operations We're seeking a dedicated individual to work full-time at our Miranda and Kogarah offices, with the opportunity for continued employment afterwards on a casual or permanent part-time basis, two to three times per week.

**Position**: Admin/Receptionist
**Locations**: Miranda and Kogarah Offices
**Duration**: Full-time until October, with potential for casual/permanent part-time afterwards

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
