**Description**:
**Some of your key responsibilities will be**:
**Site compliance**: Organisation of inductions and uploading of compliance paperwork to all online induction platforms across our client base, drafting and amending documents
**Installation coordination**: Oversee all installations and dismantles on site, carry out site inspections, quotations for account managers and customers, development and management of delivery schedules, organisation of transport, cranage, trades, plumbers, electricians and carpenters.
Drafting of technical site layouts/drawings
Ensure installation projects are delivered within the agreed schedule and within budget and liaising with Branch Manager and colleagues to achieve this

**Skills and Experiences**:
What you can offer?
- Capability to lead and develop team members
- Proven commitment ad outcomes in HSE
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and detail conscious
- Experience in leading a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead project-based work
- Trade or business qualified, with 10 years' experience ideally gained with a leading equipment company or department in a large industrial business
- Proven ability to identify available resources to ensure that building installation projects are delivered within budget and on time
