We're looking for a motivated and personable Territory Sales Manager who is driven by purpose – not just sales – to join our team, and work directly with farmers to improve livestock performance and achieve their on-farm goals.
In this role, you'll spend your time building strong relationships with dairy farmers, offering practical solutions, and working with them to optimise feed strategies.
If you're passionate about agriculture, confident in a sales environment, and enjoy the day-to-day of working on farm, this could be the role for you.What You'll Do Visit farms across your region to promote and sell our animal feed range and provide related nutritional adviceDeliver CopRice budgeted profit and sales target for the allocated regionKeep up to date with industry trends and product knowledgeBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customers and create sustainable new business from which budgeted profit and sales targets can be deliveredImplement long term marketing strategies to maximise brand awarenessWhat We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skillsSales experience – preferably in agriculture and direct to farmKnowledge of ruminant nutrition and farming practices (desirable)Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territoryStrong negotiation skills and commercial acumenTertiary qualifications in a business/commerce related discipline desirableWhat We Offer Attractive base salary + super + sales incentive bonusCompany vehicle, phone & laptopOngoing product training and supportA loyal customer base and quality products you can stand behindFriendly, down-to-earth team cultureCareer in ag sales?
