**The Organisation**
Our client is well recognised and highly regarded within the mortgage broking industry for not only their high quality standards but also their culture. As the business has continued to expand they are seeking a like minded individual to support them in this growth period and be a pivotal individual in continuing their success.

**The Responsibilities**
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, will not be limited to:

- Dealing with credit risks across banks, professional services and public practice
- Assessing client worthiness for credit based off relevant situations
- Loan structures
- Understanding and demonstrating current loan policies
- Oversee the execution of mortgage documents and settlement processes
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Credit analysis of profit & loss and balance sheet to assess capacity to repay
- Monthly reporting on insurance limits, collection targets and doubtful debts
- Will have prior experience in both Credit Analytics/Risk and within the mortgage industry
- Strong ability to work within a team environment and work collaboratively
- Experience in extracting data for reporting purposes
- High attention to detail
