Software Development Expert Sought
We are seeking a skilled professional to design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable features for our HR platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for writing clean, testable code, contributing to resolving complex technical issues, and applying best practices including SOLID principles, design patterns, and modern dev methodologies.
As a senior software engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving. You will also contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and system reliability.
Our team is passionate about empowering HR with responsible, secure, and safe AI. If you have a strong foundation in core software engineering principles, experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS), API design, microservices, and an understanding of Domain Driven Design, we want to hear from you.
This is a mid-senior level position requiring 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a software engineer in an agile/scrum environment. A strong proficiency in PHP (e.g., Symfony, Laravel) is essential, with the ability to learn other frameworks and languages (e.g., Node.js, React). Proficiency with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL) and code versioning tools like Git is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable features for the HR Core platform
Write clean, testable code and contribute to resolving complex technical issues
Apply best practices including SOLID principles, design patterns, and modern dev methodologies
Champion the use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve development workflows and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving
Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and system reliability
Share technical knowledge with peers and support onboarding of new team members
Maintain high-quality documentation for system design and technical decisions
