This role is what every OSHC Coordinator dreams of Th is Lead Coordinator role is to manage a large OSHC service in C hapel Hill, lead a team, be involved in the school community, and build key relationships with the school, families, and children.
We are offering a sign on bonus on $2, 5 00 as well as a loyalty bonus of $2, 5 00 after 12 month in the role.
A large service that operates with a Coordinator, 2 Assistant Coordinators, and 7 consistent Educators, this service has a dedicated airconditioned OSHC room and uses multiple other rooms within the school as well. Licensed for 195, this service has room to grow with approximately 35-45 children attending in the morning and 150-180 in the afternoon.
In the afternoon s your role will be additional to ratio, plus your Coordinator and an Educator focused on transferring kids to extra-curricular activities are additional to ratio for the first half of the afternoon also.
In addition to paid admin hours every week, every term you also have 3 hours of paid professional development and 2 hours of paid staff meetings. As a national company, we have centralised teams to manage parent accounts and invoicing so you can focus on what you love : providing exceptional experience s for children and leading teams.
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a Coorparoo primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, and work with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomes

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and JAG, but a few basics you need to have:
Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in a l eadership position or a similar role Ideally m inimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field ( e.g. Diploma in Children's Services ), or have completed minimum 2 years of full time study in a relevant field Current and valid Working with Children Check, or state required check Clear and professional communication
