**Position Objective**:
**Experience / Skills Required / Personal Attributes**:
Essential rostering experience

Preferably experienced in computerised time and attendance systems

Highly organised with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities

Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Aged care experience desired

Customer service experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, client management, and rostering systems

Satisfactory completion of safety screening, including a National Police check

Advanced Excel and reporting skills

**Key Accountabilities**:
Maintain and update roster vacancies across Residences by engaging with the BlueCross Casual bank and/or external agency providers.

Identify and manage issues and gaps in resourcing with the support of the BlueCross Talent Team.

Enhance operational efficiencies through effective workforce planning.

Stay up to date with industry workforce planning developments and best practices.

Coordinate and manage centralised roster support function during critical workforce shortages.

Partner with the internal Talent Team to ensure timely recruitment and retention of new staff.

Ensure compliance of central bank and external agency roster practices with business rules and legislation.
