**You will be required to;**
- Plan, manage, evaluate and provide guidance to a team of support officers
- Assess clients' needs and plan, develop and implement educational, training and support programs
- Manage allocated resources and provide input to budget planning and estimates
- Communicate, liaise and negotiate with consumers, families, staff, community and other agencies
- Prepare and evaluate rosters and provide advice on staffing matters
- Review the development of individual consumer plans, programs and services, analyse consumer records and provide advice to senior management
- Refer clients to agencies that can provide additional help
- Participate in development, implementation and evaluation of policies, procedures and guidelines
- Work in accordance with the medication administration policy and work, health and safety procedures as required
- Understand privacy and confidentiality issues
- Have a valid Driver's License
- Have a cleared Working with Children Check and National Criminal Record Clearance
