**The role**
As the Customer Service officer/Service Concierge you will have the gift of anticipation, you will know what our customers want, and you will achieve this with your passionate customer service. You will be attentive and courteous to the customers' needs and be organized in a way that allows you to tackle every aspect of your job.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Maintain knowledge of brand and services.
- Ensuring body checks are performed on Customer vehicles when needed.
- Maintaining excellent communication.
- Develop customer relationships and promote customer loyalty.
- Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional service from upon arrival till exit.

**About you**
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Experience in customer service or relevant role.
- Experience as a concierge will be an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility to assist our customers' needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational awareness.
- Ability to work well within a team or independently.
