**Your role**

As a key contributor in the EAC team, you'll:

- Enhance and maintain governance frameworks for EAC services, including ownership, lifecycle, and compliance registers.
- Lead governance activities such as risk assessments, control testing, and periodic attestations.
- Drive consolidated reporting and trend analysis across IT Service Management, Finance, Risk, and Security.
- Support the development of governance tooling and dashboards to improve transparency and decision-making.
- Manage partner metric reporting and support financial planning and FinOps cost management.
- Review commercial commitments and evaluate service alignment with capability needs.
- Coordinate EAC responses for audits (e.g., NIST, GS007) and ensure compliance across the portfolio.

**What you'll bring**
- A passion for superannuation and improving member outcomes.
- Strong financial acumen and FinOps knowledge.
- Excellent communication and visual storytelling skills (Power BI or cloud-native dashboards a plus).
- A proactive, outcome-focused mindset and a knack for simplifying complex processes.
