**What You'll Drive**:

- Work directly with the Head of Marketing to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Execute marketing campaigns to grow our customer engagement
- Optimise and monitor website design and performance
- Lead paid performance activities across search and social
- Manage agencies and suppliers to deliver to budget and schedule
- Measure and report on campaign KPIs
- Provide responsive customer service and feedback management
- 2-3 years of marketing experience
- Degree in marketing (or similar e.g. design, digital, media)
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels including content, paid media, SEO
- Creative thinking skills (Adobe Creative Suite = bonus points)
- Strong analytics and data-driven decision making capabilities
