In this role, you will assist with the provision and evaluation of clinical and non-clinical education and training programs for BaptistCare staff and volunteers.
You will support the continuous improvement program for our residents and staff, ensuring that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.This role is available for 19.5 hours per fortnightAbout the Team:At BaptistCare, we believe in delivering the best possible individualised care by keeping our residents at the centre of all we do, promoting their dignity and protecting their choices.
