**THE MONDAY GROUP** has been exclusively retained on a National Manager, Hospitality and Catering assignment, for a leading infrastructure services provider.

We are searching for someone who has managed at a senior, national level and with significant high-volume catering experience. A true strategic, senior operator with expertise at leading and managing large teams.

**The Role**:

- The role will lead the Hospitality and Catering portfolio which spans 22 locations and delivers more than 300,000 meals a month.
- Leading with strategic direction, national alignment and service delivery standards in a high-volume catering environment, remote locations, events and commercial operations.
- This role has a particular focus on elevating their brand standards and driving change through innovation, championing food safety and environmental programs.
- Established leadership background within the catering and hospitality industry, adept at fostering innovation in both product and service realms.
- Proficient in managing supply chain logistics and procurement processes for food and beverage, especially in remote settings.
- Knowledgeable about evolving trends in environmental sustainability and strategies to minimize food waste within the industry.
- Exceptional communication and networking proficiencies adaptable to various organizational hierarchies.
- Proven aptitude in conflict resolution, change implementation, and financial oversight.
- Skilled in overseeing diverse teams across multiple locations and disciplines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, characterized by adaptability, patience, and effective rapport-building across all levels of the organisation.
