**Administration Assistant - part time 20-25 hours / week**

Platinum Commercial Kitchens has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant.

We are a family owned business that has over 20 years experience as a leading supplier of commercial catering equipment & kitchen fitouts throughout Sydney.

As an Administration Assistant, you will have a can do attitude, excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a small team. Previous experience as a Receptionist and experience working with MYOB Acccountright would be an advantage, although training will be provided for the right applicant.

**Some of Your Responsibilities will Include**:

- General administration duties
- Being the first point of contact in our office.
- Purchase orders and invoicing using MYOB software.
- Accounts Payable and accounts receivable.

**Skills Required**:

- Polite, Professional and Confidential
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent use of Computer Systems including Outlook, Microsoft and Internet
- Previous Administration and receptionist experience
- Accounts experience would be an advantage

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- LIDCOMBE, NSW 2141: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
