**The role of Quality Officer** with lntoWork Australia is an exciting career opportunity for a qualified individual who is passionate about people and quality processes.

IntoWork is committed to achieving best practice in the area of quality assurance across the IntoWork Group of businesses. Working closely with the Risk Manager and within a small team, the aim of the position is to provide a consistent approach to quality assurance at IntoWork and across the Group.

The position's focus is the effective implementation of the of lntoWork Australia's Quality Framework and Quality Management System across IntoWork businesses.

This position is part of the Risk Shared Services that IntoWork provides to its Group of businesses. The position works in a consultative and collaborative manner with business management and their staff in implementing quality assurance systems across the Group.

**Qualifications required**:

- Qualifications in Quality/Administration or similar and/or at least 3 years' experience in a similar role (essential)
- Successful completion of a Quality Systems Development and/or Quality Assurance Internal Auditor's Course (highly desirable)

**Key Daily Duties**:

- Working with management and staff to ensure quality assurance system implementation, development and maintenance
- Supporting management in monitoring and reviewing quality assurance systems for a process of continual improvement and in meeting the businesses needs
- Assist with the development implementation and maintenance of the lntoWork continuous improvement framework and associated systems, processes and registers
- Manage administration associated with the implementation and maintenance of Gemba360 and providing user support services
- Maintaining document control systems and activities to support systematic management of documents including their development, use, review, amendment, archiving and disposal
- Maintaining current versions of all relevant standards for the implementation of quality assurance systems
- Maintaining appropriate compliance record for the implementation of quality assurance systems
- Provide administrative support in continuous improvement activities and documentation management
- Assist in the development and management of a training and communication plan for lntoWork employees

**Other duties**:

- Working cooperatively with management in the preparation of draft policies and procedures within the area of responsibility.
- Provide reports of activities in areas of responsibility to the IntoWork Risk Manager.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, relevant agencies, statutory authorities and other key stakeholders for the effective implementation of the IntoWork quality assurance systems.
- Provide information and instruction for the completion of allocated work to a trainee within the team.
- Other duties related to area of operation and commensurate with expertise as required.

**Hard skills required**:

- Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining quality management systems in a recruitment, employment and training orientation or similar industry
- Demonstrated experience working with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated project co-ordination skills
- Demonstrated experience preparing and writing reports
- Extensive experience with writing and producing policies and procedural documentation

**Soft Skills Required**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound understanding of the concept of process models
- Strong project skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Possess high level administration skills and demonstrated capacity to work effectively with a broad range of people and backgrounds
- Demonstrated project co-ordination and implementation skills and the ability to prioritise efficiently
- Ability to maintain confidentially on information at all times
- Strong writing ability
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
