Help us deliver a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers during our busiest and most exciting time of the year.Whether you've worked in customer-facing roles before or you're ready to make your debut, we're looking for friendly, reliable team members who genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences.It's your time to shine - bring your energy, smile, and passion for helping others.As a Services Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating effortless and memorable moments for our customers across our Concierge and Car Park services, leaving customers with a lasting impression that keeps them coming back.Some of your festive duties as a Services Team Member will include:Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailersGreeting and assisting customers with directions and helpful solutions to enhance their visitManaging traffic flow and supporting car park operations during busy periodsOperating a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational supportSo, what sets our team members apart?
You will:Always be ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experienceFeel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail settingHold a provisional or full driver's licence (Manual or Auto) to operate a company buggyBe available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)This is a seasonal casual role, offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations.
The role runs from September 2025 to January/February 2026, with shifts based on business needs.Ready to Apply?
