Seasonal Services Team Member

We are seeking friendly and reliable team members to support our customer service operations during the festive season.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and experience
  • Greet and assist customers with directions and helpful solutions
  • Manage traffic flow and support car park operations during busy periods
  • Operate a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational support

This is a seasonal casual role, offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across multiple locations. We are looking for team members who genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences and are available for shifts from September to February.

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a provisional or full driver's licence (Manual or Auto) to operate a company buggy and be confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting. You will also need to be ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience.

Requirements:

  • Provisional or full driver's license (Manual or Auto)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
