**About the role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working and efficient café attendant to join our team at Little Mountain. Located on our Little Mountain Campus, our café is open to the public and located outside of our Aged Care Facility. In this position you will be serving new and returning customers with your high level of customer service skills.

Your day to day duties could also include:

- General barista duties, including making and serving coffee;
- Taking orders utilising our POS system;
- Assisting in food preparation and service;
- Cleaning and maintaining café area;
- Providing support in event organisation.

**About you**

You are passionate about customer service and providing a perfect café experience to our customers. With a friendly and outgoing personality, you're not afraid go the extra mile to make someone's day. You will be available for a variety shifts over a 7-day roster including the occasional night and weekend shift.

Ideally you will have:

- Experience as a barista in a café setting;
- Certificate II in Hospitality - desirable but not essential;
- Current police certificate or the ability to acquire.
- Under Churches of Christ policy and/or the applicable public health directions, team members are required to be vaccinated for Covid-19. As part of the recruitment processes we ask that you provide evidence that your vaccination meets the requirements of Churches of Christ policy or the applicable public health direction_
