Parramatta Leagues Club (PLC) is one of Australia's most iconic Clubs in the Western Sydney region, strengthened by its sister club Vikings Sports Club (Dundas) and newly amalgamated Dural Country Club. We are passionate about bringing together our community, supporting local causes, and offering welcoming experiences for our members and community by delivering exceptional service.

An exciting opportunity has come up for a **Full-Time Venue Supervisor** at our satellite venue Dural Country Club (DCC) As a sporting and recreation club, we are recognised for our welcoming atmosphere and ambience. Having begun as a small clubhouse, we have progressed over the years to keep up with the growing social, cultural, and sporting needs of our community. We are seeking a hands-on and driven individual, who strives to provide excellence in service and provide a welcoming environment to our members, guests, and fellow staff. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing venue under new ownership, scheduled for clubhouse refurbishments and a major refresh over the coming months.

**ARE YOU LOOKING FOR**:

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Supervising, training, and directing staff.
- Overseeing implementation of RSA and RCG practices
- Customer service and managing any escalations and complaints.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and supervise staff.
- A positive and motivated attitude to lead a team by example.
- Broad knowledge of all club operations including F&B & gaming
- Outstanding customer service skills - providing a wonderful experience for our members and guests.
- Experience as a Supervisor/ Manager in a similar Club or Hospitality environment
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, late nights, and public holiday.
