As a Technical Lead / Solution Architect in the Optimal Reality team, you will design and support the delivery of solutions that leverage real-time data, simulation, GenAI, and agentic AI capabilities to solve complex client problems.Define technical solutions for end-to-end intelligent systems.Provide technical architecture support and guidance.Lead core product development activities for scalable client implementations.Support business development, including client proposals and scoping.Present solutions in business development meetings.Collaborate with engineers to implement client solutions aligned with product vision.About the team :Optimal Reality is Deloitte's advanced Digital Twin platform, helping organizations visualize, understand, and optimize their operations in real time using data and digital technologies.

We focus on speed and innovation to create smarter, greener cities through digital twins of transport networks, energy systems, and supply chains, enabling operational staff to make optimal decisions.Our team is passionate, talented, and fun-loving, offering a high-impact opportunity with high-profile clients.Enough about us, let's talk about you.You are a highly motivated individual with :Extensive experience in client-facing or technical advisory roles, in-house or in consulting.Experience leading complex technology transformation projects, managing senior relationships.Shaping technical solutions and cloud architecture, especially AWS.Experience with scaled cloud deployment, DevOps, security, and infrastructure.Experience with simulation and digital twin implementation.Technical development experience in microservices systems.Familiarity with Python, Julia, SQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.Experience with GenAI / LLM Engineering and Agentic AI systems.Eligibility for or holding an AGSVA baseline clearance.
