**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth investigations into system data to understand data behavior and patterns.
- Utilize strong SQL and API investigation skills to retrieve and analyze data from various sources.
- Perform detailed data lineage investigations to trace data anomalies and identify their source.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand data needs, and deliver insightful analysis.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify data quality issues and recommend solutions to improve data accuracy and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and data management.
- Utilize knowledge in the Customer and Marketing Business/System domain to provide valuable insights and support related initiatives.
- Document findings, analysis methodologies, and solutions in clear and concise reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data investigation and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with API integration and investigation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques.
- Knowledge of Customer and Marketing Business/System domain is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Continuous learning mindset and eagerness to stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in data analysis.
