Fantastic opportunity for a Cyber Incident Records Management Officer to join a large Defence agency to organise their workflow and to achieve complex information and records management work within an integrated workforce.
- **Initial 12 months contract with 12 months*2 possible extension**:

- **Full time | Canberra based but the agency will consider and negotiate offsite (work from anywhere) working arrangements on a case-by-case basis.**:

- **Must be an Australian Citizen with Baseline Clearance.**

**Key responsibilities and experience for the role includes, but is not limited to**:

- Engage with cyber-related legislative and policy developments across government, and maintain compliance with relevant legislative frameworks, cyber incident concepts, and the client's cyber security mission and policy requirements.
- Participate in the assessment and evaluation of historic incident data to deliver medium
- and long-term data validation objectives, by reviewing the quality of work undertaken by others, performing clerical support work and identifying opportunities for on-the-job training within the team.
- Coordinate and contribute to the work of a team consistent with a work plan and provide advice on practical methods of task completion that align with other team members.
- Enrich and maintain incident data holdings, to support trends analysis and reporting requirements.

**Skills and experience we are looking for includes**:

- Experience with evaluation, data entry, data analysis and data validation.
- Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL), as well as working with databases and Atlassian platforms like Confluence or JIRA
- Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with others through clear and proactive communication.
- Training or experience with cyber security analysis or incident response is an advantage.
