**The role**

At Youi, we operate in-house media and creative agencies. This role performs a critical function in bringing together our media and creative teams to execute strongly against our strategic Marketing priorities.

The role involves:

- Owning the overarching communications flight plan across Marketing and developing the Marketing Comms hierarchy, architecture/tiering, and laydown artefacts.
- Building and managing Youi's Marketing Comms Playbook, and running our quarterly planning process and Go-To-Market planning in partnership with relevant stakeholders across the team and wider business.
- Generating best-in-class briefs, taking an audience-first approach to Marketing Communications planning and ensuring all briefs demonstrate a strong understanding of consumer behavior and audience needs.
- Driving integrated campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels.

To be successful in this role, you'll have 5+ years of experience in comms planning or media planning, with experience in a creative, digital, or media agency. This role requires broad knowledge including strong understanding of media and the role of individual channels; an understanding of digital, social, and emerging platforms and technologies; and expertise in bringing together creative and media plans for seamless, audience-first execution.
