Visy is powering the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing and recycling. Over 75 years, we've grown to 7,000 employees and 150 global operations - predominantly in Australia and New Zealand.

We believe materials are not recycled until they've been made into new products. We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics, and metals from households and businesses, and locally remanufacture them back into new, sustainable packaging. From cardboard boxes, water bottles, and jam jars to food and beverage cans, we are using recycled content to power Australia and New Zealand's food and beverage packaging industry.

**What you'll do**:
The Finance Assistant supports the finance operations of Visy's Pulp & Paper division at our Tumut plant in regional NSW, with a focus on assisting with the reporting and processing requirements, management of all incoming invoices and queries, with scope to grow into a broader accounting responsibility over time.

Key responsibilities include:
**Finance Assistance**
- Forestry Processing & Payment Co-ordination
- Chemical Receipt Processing & Payment Management
- Review and reconciliation of vendor statements
- Vendor Setup Management
- Daily Reporting (R&M & MRP)
- Site accounts queries

**Office Administration**
- Site grocery Ordering
- Stationery Ordering
- PPE stocks for customers, visitors, etc
- Incoming & outgoing mail management
- General phone queries

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Experience in manufacturing & financial environment
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competence in the use of MS Office Suite
