This opportunity is based in Sydney, supporting the window displays across the region, with occasional interstate travel as required.

**The Role**
- Receive and adapt visual directives from ZARA's Global HQ (Spain) to suit the local market.
- Lead and manage window displays in accordance with brand standards.
- Creatively install and maintain window setups across stores.
- Perform hands-on tasks including: painting, draping, tailoring, ironing, lighting adjustment, mannequin dressing, garment pricing, and more.
- Ensure immaculate presentation with a sharp eye for detail.

**About You**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in visual merchandising or window dressing OR a qualification in Visual Merchandising or Interior Design.
- Strong attention to detail and a natural eye for design.
- Creative problem-solver who can work under pressure.
- Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willing to travel interstate as required.
- A true appreciation for fashion and styling.
- Strong team player who can also work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Available to work 38 hours per week.
