Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Cooking duties:
Prepare and cook fish and chips dishes following established recipes and cooking procedures.

Maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation.

Keep the kitchen area clean and organized.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Cashier duties:
Greet customers and take their orders accurately and efficiently.

Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.

Ensure that customers are satisfied with their orders and address any concerns or complaints.

Keep the front-of-house area clean and organized.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Availability to work weekends and evenings.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
