Server Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Server at our Melbourne location.

About the Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure every guest has a positive experience
  • Multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Australian Work Authorisation: preferred

Working Hours: 20-40 hours per week, consistent schedule
