**Bayside**, located in Mordialloc offers all levels of permanent, respite and palliative care encouraging independence and lifestyle choices whilst also being recognised for its expertise in caring for people living with Dementia.

**About the Opportunity**

Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our dementia specific home's residents.
- Provide care in line with resident's individual care needs
- Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
- Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
- Establish positive relationships with residents

**About You**
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individualised Support or equivalent
- Experience in a Dementia specific home or environment (preferred but not essential)
- Current flu & COVID vaccination certificates
- Availability work above listed shifts with flexibility to pick up additional shifts
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members
