Are you a passionate, creative and motivated Educator looking to feel inspired, supported and valued? We are currently seeking an assistant Educator to join our friendly, professional team in a beautiful and unique centre. Our loving and calm environment offers children an exceptional opportunity to learn and grow through gentle guidance from our inspired and committed Educators.

Our beautiful 32 place Children's House enjoys an excellent reputation, delivering an genuinely holistic program which enriches children's lives through education and play. We support our Educators with a variety of professional development training. We enjoy a beautiful natural outdoor area and use quality materials and resources to deliver an exceptional program based in caring for self, caring for others and caring for the environment.

We are currently seeking a passionate Educator who is looking for the next step in their career, to be a part of making a difference and to help foster the love of learning for the children in our Children's House. We can offer flexible hours with both part time and full time positions available. You will have the opportunity to work within our calm and happy classroom environment as well as foster a rich and creative outdoor program based in nature, culture, art, music and mindfulness.

**Selection Criteria**
- Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- An understanding of current pedagogical thinking and research.
- Ability to uphold an ethos of genuine respect and loving guidance for children at all times.
- Knowledge of relevant OHS legislation and safety issues.
- Ability to lead self and others.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and the ability to collaborate with others to problem solve.
- Experience in Montessori or other holistic pedagogy highly valued but not essential. A keen interest to learn and willingness to undertake professional development will be taken into account.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and commitment to working in a high functioning team environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

*Requirements
- Diploma and/or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
- Current Blue Card
- First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework Appropriate visa to work in Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-37.5 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
