Early Childhood Educator Role

About the Role:

This position is for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Adhere to National Quality Standards and organisational policies
  • Develop strong relationships with children and their families
  • Contribute to the development of the early childhood program
  • Support a culture of ongoing learning and improvement

Eligibility and Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, applicants must not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years.

Applicants must have:

  • The willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early years education
  • A Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
