About the role
As a Maintenance Electrician on our Sydney Roads and Asset Performance contract, you will maintain, fault find, and upgrade Traffic Signal, ITS, and Streetlighting equipment/systems.
1 x permanent full-time position working 6am to 2pm.
There is a requirement of night shift once per month, to be on call after hours one day per week, and provide coverage over the weekend once a month.
The successful applicant will be Sydney based, working across areas including Campbelltown, Liverpool, Fairfield and surrounds, as well as Penrith through to the Blue Mountains.

What you'll be doing :
Maintain traffic signals and ITS equipment
Comply with statutory requirements and project management systems
Implement and adhere to site OH&S requirements as per Ventia policy
Participate in the "on-call" and relief service obligations
Participate in training to enhance capabilities for the contract or project
Coordinate emergency response procedures
Review operational and maintenance procedures
Support the Asset Manager and ITS Asset Engineer in Asset Management Planning Services
Perform other tasks as assigned by the ITS Supervisor
About you
Relevant trade experience and electrical license are essential
Experience in ITS and/or traffic signals is preferred
Valid driver's license is required
White card is required
Ability to provide outside hours assistance as needed
