Company vehicle and fuel card provided OT available No two days are the same About the role As a Maintenance Electrician on our Sydney Roads and Asset Performance contract, you will maintain, fault find, and upgrade Traffic Signal, ITS, and Streetlighting equipment/systems.1 x permanent full-time position working6am to 2pm.
There is a requirement of night shift once per month, to be on call after hours one day per week and providecoverage over the weekend once a month.
The successful applicant will be Sydney based working across the following areas -Campbeltown, Liverpool, Fairfield and surrounds, as well as Penrith through to the Blue Mountains.

What you'll be doing: Maintain traffic signals and ITS equipment Comply with statutory requirements and the contract or project management systems Implement and comply with the site OH&S requirements as per Ventia policy Participate in the "on-call" and relief service obligation Participate in training to improve capabilities required for the contract or project Coordinate emergency response procedures Participate in the review of operational and maintenance procedures Support the Asset Manager and ITS Asset Engineer for the delivery of Asset Management Planning Services across the project Other tasks as defined by the ITS Supervisor About you Relevant trade experience and electrical licence is a must have Experience in ITS and/or traffic signals is preferable Valid driver's license is a must White card is a must Ability to provide outside of hours assistance whenever required About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
