Our Local Water Utilies team is currently seeking to appoint a **Manager Regulatory Assessments** to continue to lead the regulatory and assurance activities detailed in the Regulatory and Assurance Framework for local water utilities. You will ensure transparent, consistent, risk based, proportionate and outcomes-focused assessments working with the local water utility sector and co-regulators to achieve great outcomes for the community.

**About You**

This is a job share opportunity where your skills and experience will compliment the role partner. You will be a great fit for this role if you can demonstrate some of the following experience:

- Leading change, building culture and forging operational relationships with co-regulators.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing fit for purpose quality management/quality assurance processes.
- Experience and understanding of how water utilities and/or council operate, how strategic planning is performed and the risks and challenges of providing water and sewer services across regional NSW.
- The regulatory frameworks around drinking, recycled and waste water along with associated treatment works, liquid trade waste and water management.

You will be highly organised with strong prioritisation skills, along with a passion for creativity, good governance, continuous improvement and influencing organisational culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated manager to form a highly effective working arrangement with a dedicated water professional.
